Welcome to the Constantia Clinic website
Please don`t judge me by my website - I deliberately have a stone-age website which I can edit myself whenever I need to and I am continually adding articles etc. The website is for patient information and education rather than "marketing" as the vast majority of patients come to me by word of mouth

She combines all her knowledge and skills at each consultation and gets to the very heart of the patient’s disease to address the root cause. She takes into account the medical, biochemical, structural, mechanical, emotional, psychosocial, energetic, etheric aspects of the patient.

In ayurvedic anatomy and physiology the human being is not considered in terms of material parts such as tissues and organs but in terms of unfoldment from the field of the unmanifest through the subtle levels of existence to the gross material levels.
Preceeding the manifestation of the material body which is called the annamayakosha or the body that eats food, there are a number of “sheaths” – there is the pranamayakosha (sheath of vital essence, which is an electromagnetic field or the etheric body and is 6cm away from the skin), the manomayakosha (sheath of mind), the jnanamayakosha (sheath of knowledge) which is often incorporated into the vijnanamayakosha (sheath of intellect or causal body) and the anandamayakosha (sheath of bliss). The astral body is a combination of the prana kosha and the mano kosha.
These koshas or “bodies” are vibrations of the mind and the mind operates through them through a central canal which runs from the centre of the head to 31/2 feet above the crown where a person is connected to the universal mind – at that point there is a meeting of universal mind and the individual mind.
The reason why Ayurveda can cure chronic condirions where other systems fail is because it has the potential to heal at the level of the energetic blueprint which preceeds the manifestation of the physical body at the level of matter. Ayurveda is a bio-chemical, bio-energetic, bio-spiritual system of medicine.
She uses the same conventional medical examinations as doctors use, osteopathic structural examination, applied kinesiology, ayurvedic pulse diagnosis and ultra-refined palpatory examination to assess the energetic state of the person, the chakras and the etheric body.
The reason why orthodox medicine and even a lot of complimentary medicine fails is that it only looks at the patient from a limited perspective. Some disease that manifests in the physical body originates in the etheric body and cannot be cured unless the roots of the disturbance in the etheric body is addressed.
This is why orthodox medicine generally can only palliate and suppress. Orthodox medicine also can lead to the patient becoming locked into a cycle of escalating depnedency upon drugs and a co-dependent relationship with the doctor – it is not designed to develop the self-awareness of the patient. Likewise it’s no good just looking at the etheric level of the patient either – all aspects of the patient need to be considered to locate the root of the problem.
The examination aims to locate where and what in the person is the cause of the problem - whether it is in fascia, bone, ligament, internal organs, the emotional level or the etheric body and whether the problem is acute, chronic, mechanical, chemical, nutritional, visceral, neurological, neoplasm etc.
The patient is given the tools to become their own physician if they so wish
She will always refer patients to a Registered Medical Practitioner when appropriate.

Practice ethos
To provide a comprehensive natural healthcare service for a wide range of common health problems in babies, children and adults and to educate the public and encourage self empowerment. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for life.
I never turn people away because of financial hardship
The body is not a scary thing - it has been made to appear complicated in order to keep people in ignorance, to make them feel intimidated. The body works on a few simple basic principles and it is designed to repair and regulate itself - interference can cause more problems than it solves. Where the body is stuck and cannot sort itself out usually it just needs a nudge in the right direction, not a sledgehammer !
What the practice can help with:
I tend to treat the person rather than the "condition" but to give an idea of the scope:
